A printable Wi-Fi sign for your guests
Put your guest Wi-Fi details where people need them. A sign at reception, in a guest room, or near a cafe counter saves repeated password questions. Choose a place where guests can stand close enough to scan.
Network details and a Wi-Fi QR code together
Add the exact network name, security type, and password. The editor uses those details in the sign. If your password changes, make and print a new sign. Check that the printed network details match the code after editing.
Before you display the sign
Choose the matching paper size in your printer settings. Keep the QR code visible and test it with a phone that is not already connected. The network must be in range. Downloading a sign does not create or change a Wi-Fi network.

Can I make a free Wi-Fi password sign?
Yes. Add your guest network details to a template, customize it, and download a PNG without creating an account.
Can I use a network without a password?
Yes. Select the open network option. The QR code will include the network name without a password.
Where can I print the sign?
Use a home or office printer, or select the print-shop option to add bleed. Check the selected paper size before printing.
Will the code work after I change the Wi-Fi password?
No. The printed QR code contains the details you entered. Make a new sign when the network name, security type, or password changes.
