Provider and scope

These terms apply to Google Review Link & QR, the ChatGPT plugin provided by PRODUCTMATE GmbH, Falkenried 32F, 20251 Hamburg, Germany. Contact: info@productmate.de. Company details are available in our legal notice.

What the plugin provides

The plugin helps you find a business, create a direct Google review link, and download a QR code as PNG or SVG. Productmate does not charge for this version of the plugin. It requires no Productmate account and does not sell products or accept payments. Any separate terms or charges for ChatGPT or Google services remain between you and their providers.

Your use of the results

You may copy, download, print, and share the generated review link and QR code for lawful personal or business purposes. Check that the result opens the correct business before you share or print it. A generated link does not confirm ownership of a business, the accuracy of a listing, or whether Google currently accepts reviews for it. The plugin does not post reviews or guarantee reviews, ratings, or business results.

Permitted use

Use the plugin lawfully. Do not use it to impersonate a business, mislead people about the destination, create fraudulent reviews, interfere with the service, or bypass its technical limits. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or other information that is not needed to identify the business.

Availability and third-party services

The plugin depends on Productmate, ChatGPT, and Google services. Technical failures, rate limits, or changes to a business listing can prevent a request from working. Download links are temporary; save the QR files if you need to keep them. Google controls the destination review page. Productmate does not control Google's review decisions or ChatGPT's responses.

Privacy and support

Our plugin privacy notice explains how we process information. For help or to report a problem, contact info@productmate.de. You can stop using the plugin and disconnect it in ChatGPT at any time.

Your legal rights

These terms do not exclude or limit statutory liability or mandatory consumer rights. Applicable law continues to govern those rights.
